Why work with me?
After years of struggling, I was finally diagnosed with ADHD; but even then, I found it hard to get the help I really needed. My life felt out of my control. That’s when I decided to try working with an ADHD coach…
Coaching helped me change my story! And that was the first step in changing my life.
The second step was entering the ADHD & Life Coaching program at ADDCA (ADD Coach Academy) where I studied to become a coach myself. I learned everything I could about the ADHD brain and what it would take for my own personal transformation. I learned to work WITH my ADHD instead of against it. I came to understand that the ADHD brain is not a “deficit” brain, but an often brilliant, sometimes challenging, unique brain wiring. By focusing on your strengths, coupled with self-awareness, you can figure out what your brain needs.
Coaching is about discovering what strategies and tools you need, and building your executive function skills. You are capable and resourceful, but you may need help digging deep to find what works for you. Together, we’ll put you on a more positive and productive path and get you blooming.
