These one-on-one programs offer a more structured, guided experience than my ongoing coaching. Each program follows a clear framework, with defined topics, tools, and goals, while still allowing space to focus on your real-life challenges. You’ll gain both practical skills and a deeper understanding of how your brain works—so you can move forward with more clarity, follow-through, and confidence.

Build Executive Functions in 8 Weeks

This 8-week program is designed to help you understand how your brain manages (or struggles to manage) everyday life—and how to strengthen those systems over time. We’ll break down key executive functions like planning, organization, time management, and emotional regulation: what they are, what they’re supposed to look like, and how they often show up when they’re not working well.

From there, we focus on building practical, personalized strategies that work with your brain—not against it. This is about developing awareness, skills, and realistic systems you can actually use in your daily life.

  • Learn what executive functions are, how they’re meant to work, and how they show up in your life. Identify your strengths and the areas you want to improve.

  • Self-awareness/metacognition is the foundational executive function. Develop the ability to notice your patterns, understand what helps or hinders you, and begin to “think about your thinking.” Learn how self-awareness is the key to building all the other executive functions.

  • Work on impulse control, task initiation, and staying with tasks. Learn how to pause, choose, and act more intentionally.

  • Build the ability to shift thinking and adapt. Address all-or-nothing thinking, rigidity, and getting stuck.

  • Understand and manage emotional responses, including frustration intolerance, overwhelm, and rejection sensitivity.

  • Strengthen your ability to hold and use information in real time—so you can make decisions easier, follow through, stay organized, and complete tasks.

  • Now we bring things into real life. You’ll learn how to plan in a way that’s realistic, estimate time more accurately, and build systems that you can actually use.

  • We pull everything together. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your brain and a personalized way to continue practicing and strengthening these skills over time.

6-Week Find Your Path: Clarity, Purpose, and Direction

This 6-week clarity and life direction coaching program is designed for people who feel stuck, uncertain, or unsure of what they want next.

Through a structured process, we’ll explore your character strengths, values, interests, and skills—and begin to connect them into a clearer path forward. This may include identifying new goals, career directions, or areas for growth and training.

Rather than rushing toward answers, this work helps you build clarity in a thoughtful, grounded way—so your next steps feel aligned, realistic, and meaningful.

  • Clarify what feels stuck or unclear. Begin mapping your current situation, patterns, and questions.

  • Identify your core strengths and how they show up in your life—especially the ones you may be underusing.

  • Define what matters most to you and how your current life aligns (or doesn’t) with those values.

  • Explore what genuinely engages you—what holds your attention, sparks curiosity, and gives you energy.

  • Identify your existing skills and areas for growth. Begin connecting strengths, values, and interests into possible paths.

  • Bring everything together into a clearer direction. Identify realistic next steps, including potential training, goals, or experiments.
